Rental Agreement
A copy of the contract will be emailed to both parties upon completion.
This Trailer Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kinect Trailer Rentals (“Owner”) and the undersigned below (“Renter”) for rental requested contemporaneously through the website or agreed upon by other means, with the following conditions:
Equipment Subject to Rent
The Lessor shall lease the equipment listed below. Renter must provide a copy of ID, insurance, and a Card on File.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before leaving the lot, usually via online booking or electronic invoice issued contemporaneously with this agreement.
Delivery & Return
Trailer must be returned to 18008 E 108th St N, Owasso OK 74055, in the same condition, except for normal wear & tear, trailer must be power washed clean to avoid cleaning fee. $15 minimum fee!
Maintenance & Use
Renter must maintain the trailer and use it lawfully.
Prohibited: Transporting people, hazardous materials, or exceeding load capacity listed under the trailers specifications on the website. It is the renter's responsibility to know this limit.
Before & After Photos/Videos
The renter is responsible to take the necessary photos and videos before and after the rental to document trailer's condition before the rental and any changes after.
Insurance & Liability
Renter is responsible for all damage to, or loss or theft of, the trailer, including damage caused by weather, road conditions and acts of nature. Renter is responsible for the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the trailer if it is not repairable or if we deem it unrepairable. Renter is responsible for Loss of Use, Diminished Value, missing equipment or parts, and a reasonable charge to cover our administrative expenses connected with any damage claim. Rentermust report all accidents involving the Trailer to us AND the Police within 4 hours of occurrence or discovery.
Owner is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries related to trailer use.
**Renter is responsible for damage to tired. Locking breaks and causing flat spots will render Renter responsible for tire replacement!**
PRICE LIST: Damage/broken/missing Price list: These are the MINIMUM price per item we charge. Major Damage will have to be assessed and billed accordingly.
● Lost/Broke Straps: $30 per strap
● Lost/Broke Chains: $85 per chain
● Lost or Broke Rachet/Binder: $100

● Repairable hole in tire:$50(is charged in all cases as patch reduces the useful life of tire)
● Rim:$150
● Hub Grease cap:$25
● Ramp: $200 each ramp
● Extra Battery missing:$200
● Dump Trailer remote:$200
● Winch remote $200
● Dents 2inch in size:$15each
● Large dents bigger than 2inches insize: Minimum$30
● Cleaning Fee: Minimum of $100; then $75 per hr for every hour after the first hour.
● Hydraulic Fuel spill clean and replace:$45
● Winch Bag covers:$50
● Handjack(non-hydraulic) Jack damage and/or replacement:$200per jack
● Lift Basket damage: Minimum $300
● Lift Cylinder Damage: Minimum $500
● Flat Tire or Flat Spots in Tire: $200-$300
Security Deposit (for Equipment only)
In addition to the lease payment charge, the Renter shall pay a security deposit of $350 for excavators at the time that this Lease is signed. Any amounts refundable to the Renter shall be paid at the time this Lease is terminated, subject to the option of the Renter to apply it against Lease charges and damages. The security deposit shall not bear interest.
Breach & Indemnification
If Renter violates this Agreement, Owner may repossess the trailer and seek damages.
Renter indemnifies Owner against liability, except for Owner’s negligence.
Jurisdiction & Notice
This Agreement is governed by Oklahoma law; disputes resolved in Rogers County Court.
Notices must be in writing and sent via certified mail.
Renter Information
Card on File
We require a card on file in place of a cash deposit. Your card will only ever be charged prior to you being given notice and to cover any damages or violations of the terms above.
